Virtual Private Academy provides an online learning experience requiring communication tools and technology. We have outlined the minimum requirements each home must be able to provide.
Please note other courses may require the installation of additional course-specific programs. These requirements will be outlined on each course page.
Virtual Private Academy is able to offer support as it relates to the delivery of our programs, and our learning management system. Our staff are able to offer limited technical support, we’re happy to try, however, in many cases problems can be fixed by local internet providers, or at the location where your computer was purchased from.
Support staff are available between 9AM and 8PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. Outside of office hours you may leave a message and a support representative will respond to you the next business day.
